Project management plays a crucial role in the success of oil & gas companies. Each project has its unique goals and objectives which commonly undergo constraints on scope, time and budget. This 5-days intensive and practical masterclass on Project Management will focus on addressing the constraints that most project management professionals are facing in each process.
 
 
The trainer will start with a broad overview of project outline and objectives and will detail the fundamentals of project management, the value of gate process and corresponding key deliverables, techniques on budgeting, planning, and risk management. The course will target improvements on project predictability during each phase and will build on defined execution plans and strategies, realistic approaches on project controls, including project planning and risk management. The participants will learn bottom-up techniques to plan, monitor and manage EP projects and how to adopt the proactive methodologies.
